Founded in 1973, CFO has been dedicated to improving the quality of life in the Ozarks region through charitable giving and community leadership. CFO manages over 3,000 charitable funds and has distributed more than $300 million in grants and scholarships since its inception. The organization focuses on a wide range of causes, including education, health, arts and culture, and environmental conservation. One of CFO's most significant contributions is its annual Give Ozarks Day, a 24-hour online fundraising event that supports over 250 nonprofits in the region.In 2020, despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Give Ozarks Day raised over $1.5 million for local charities.

In addition to providing life-saving blood products, CBCO also offers financial assistance to patients in need through its LifePoints Lift program. This program provides grants to help cover medical expenses for individuals undergoing treatment for cancer or other life-threatening illnesses.
Convoy of Hope
Convoy of Hope is a faith-based organization that has been providing disaster relief and community outreach services since 1994. The organization's headquarters are located in Springfield, Missouri, but it operates globally, responding to natural disasters and providing resources to communities in need. In southwestern Missouri, Convoy of Hope has been actively involved in providing food, water, and other essential supplies to families affected by natural disasters such as tornadoes and floods. In addition to housing services, The Kitchen, Inc.also offers case management, employment assistance, and life skills training to help individuals overcome the barriers that led to their homelessness. The organization also operates a food pantry and provides financial assistance for rent and utilities to prevent homelessness.
